Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at chikankariindiia@gmail.com. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, please email us at chikankariindiia@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange

We offer exchanges for size or colour issues subject to stock availability. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Customised or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
